Description
Our very first blend, created for Babingtons in the 1950s. An extraordinary breakfast blend that combines and balances the citrus scents of Ceylon tea, the musky scents of Darjeeling tea and the nuances of fruit and caramel of Yunnan tea.
BREWING TIPS:
HOT METHOD
Quantità: 15/20 gr per 1 lt of water
Temperature: 95°
Infusione: 3-4 minutes
F ilter the tea, leave it to cool and then put it in the fridge. Before serving put 2-3 ice cubes in a glass, poor the iced tea over them and add the flavors you prefer (fresh fruit, berries, sugar).
“ON THE ROCKS” METHOD
3/4gr per one glass of iced tea full of ice cubes
Temperature: 85°
Infusione: 2-3 minuts
Filter the tea, add all the flavours you like (fresh fruit, berries, sugar) and pour into a glass full to the brim with ice cubes. Enjoy!
