The purpose of Babingtons Ltd. (“the Vendor”) is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for some reason, the customer is not satisfied with his or her order, he or she may exercise the right of withdrawal, without penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the day he or she received the products purchased on https://www.babingtons.com.

he “Right of Withdrawal” is, however, subject to the following conditions:

It applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it cannot be exercised in relation to parts and/or accessories of the Product;

Substantial integrity of the goods is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Product must be cared for with normal diligence and returned undamaged, complete in all its parts, free of signs of wear and tear or dirt, must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of the supply of custom-made or clearly personalized goods (e.g., personalized clothing products at the customer’s express request) or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or alter rapidly.

The Product must be returned in the original packaging, complete with all its parts (including the identification tag, which must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal, as it is an integral part of the product);

To limit damage to the original package, we recommend that you place it in a second box, on which to affix the label provided by us, bearing the RMA (return merchandise authorization number); affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided in all cases.

CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have been properly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:

-) notice of the exercise of your right of withdrawal must be sent to LeipzigGROUP, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery by email to info@lipsiashop.it, or also by registered letter to the Seller’s address: LeipzigGROUP s.r.l. Unipersonale, Viale dello sport 6, 21049 Tradate (VA), Italy;

-) products must not have been used, washed or damaged;

-) products must be returned in their original packaging;

-) returned products must be sent to the Seller in one shipment. In fact, the Seller reserves the right not to accept products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;

-) returned products must be shipped within 14 (fourteen) days starting from the date of communication of the decision to withdraw from the contract. Products can be returned by shipping the package via your preferred shipper in the manner specified by the Seller via email. On the other hand, it is not possible to change the chosen product with another one.

The cost of returning the return will be borne by the customer. If you have met all the required conditions, the Seller will refund the full price of the purchased products. Conversely, if your return cannot be accepted because it does not conform to the above conditions, you will be contacted again. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. In case you refuse this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.

TIME AND MANNER OF REIMBURSEMENT

The refund will be made by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The Seller will make the refund using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise notified.
