Now let’s talk a little about how to serve iced tea
Choose a pretty glass, big enough to fill with ice cubes.
If you use iced tea from the fridge, add 2/3 ices cubes in your glass and pour the cold tea over them. Then dress and serve. If you are making a last minute “on the rocks” iced tea, fill the glass with lots and lots of ice (over the top, otherwise the ice cubes will melt and the tea will be watered down) then pour the hot tea into the glass, dress and serve.
As for the dressing of iced tea, you can add whatever you like to make it as rich, scented, fruity, flowery, spicy, minty as you want. What we suggest is to experiment and explore…..
Have fun and happy summer!
